Huntington Beach State Park Camping Trip, South Carolina
Shore Fishing 10-11 August 2019
Huntington Beach State Park is located in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina along an undeveloped beach stretch of the Grand Strand that offers some of the best bird-watching and wildlife observations on the East Coast and the finest surf fishing in South Carolina.
Scouts participated in a one-night camp out from August 10-11, 2019 and took in a few hours of shore fishing with Certified Angling Instructor (CAI) and Life Scout, Matthew P.
Camp life, located just off the shore, was very warm and the Scouts made the most of their time in camp working on cooking skills and KP duties (and Mr. Cashman his guitar skills)!
The Scouts look forward to visiting Huntington Beach State Park again in the future!
